There's a grammar mistake in your title, isn't it? That should be 'Does anyone think that inspecting platform screen doors is a must'.
You should use gerund with the word 'inspect' as you used it as a noun.

Platform screen doors, which means those glass doors placed along the edges of MTR Train platform and they will open automatically when the train comes.
