[Discussion] can movie really help?

For written tests/exams, movie watching won't help much.
But for spoken English, it obviously helps a lot.

I mean for exam purpose, with other subjects to be done, this won't do much.
Watching movies may even pull u down.

For leisure, of course this is a good to learn.
